• Ian Hay (IH) / Lauren Smith (LS) – Line Manager: David R Green (DRG) /Mike Skitmore (MS) as Chair/Vice Chair EGCP (or other Directors – John Watson (JW) / Stephen Paterson (SP) if DRG and MS absent/unavailable)
• Lauren Dunkley (LD) – Line Manager: Lauren Smith (LS)

Role and Duties:

• David R Green: E-Newsletter, Website, Documents e.g. Flyers, invoicing (e.g. SumUp), Signing of Documents, Signing of Funding Applications Signing of Expenses, Access to Discover Maps in Store, Room bookings at the University of Aberdeen
• Mike Skitmore: Funding/Signing in the absence of DRG/Signing of Expenses in the absence of DRG
• John Watson: Discover Maps / Health and Safety / Risk Assessments
• Stephen Paterson: Accounting / Other
